1) If switchers are down, up them.

2)To open water of bathroom and toilet:
– in the toilet there is door, open it

3) To open water in the kitchen.
-there is a cabinet under the TV, open and see the red edge, open it

 

All rooms have underfloor heating. You can turn on and adjust the temperature.
